Mission

1. "promoting the deep-rooted legacy of Baalback (the city and the region) as well as its bright and outstanding values among the residents and the expatriates in a sustainable way that addresses all the society affairs.
2. "serving the Lebanese people, especially living in Baalback (the city and the whole governorate), through all available potentials in a way that enhances the real meaning of citizenship and the sense of belongingness to the society on one hand and to the whole country and the world on the other in a sustainable way.

Baalback Cultural Council has a board of thirteen members elected for a period of three years who are responsible for planning, managing and excuting the different affairs of the council according to its accredited constitution, vision and mission.

BCC has many cmmittees that are in charge of specific types of activities including the following clubs; The Youth Club, The International Club, BCC-Art Academy, The Hiking Club, The Ladies Club, The Shared Reading Club, The Chess Club and The Robotic Club.
