A Humanitarian Incubator

Baalback Cultural Council (BCC) is “a humanitarian incubator" that promotes the deep rooted legacy of Baalback (the city and the whole governorate) as well as its bright and outstanding values among the residents and the expatriates in a sustainable way that addresses all the society affairs. Baalback Cultural Council was established by a group of intellectual, academic and socially active people from Baalbeck (the city and its surrounding) who are highly devoted to the area and to its implored bright future. In no time, their respectful efforts turned into a well-designed and profoundly-implemented strategic work with a high sense of belongingness to the society on one hand, and on the other a full commitment to the vision of BCC. This has helped to gain the credibility and reliability of the whole society, and soon, BCC became a solid institutional body getting its formal register on March 12^th., 2018 (Decree No. 543 issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Interior and Municipalities).
